How much does shipping cost?

It depends on where you are and how much you order. Everything below is exactly what the checkout will charge you — no surprises at the last step.

Europe — standard	DHL	Free from $38 — that is two sets or more. Below that, $9.	about 10 working days
Rest of the world	DHL	Free from $38, otherwise $9	2–4 weeks

Why the United States is different. Because of the current rules on small parcels entering the US, the only route that reliably arrives is DHL Express. It is fast and fully tracked, but it cannot be free.

How quickly do you dispatch?

Within 1–2 working days of your payment. Everything you see in the shop is in stock and cut in advance — we are not making it to order.

Where do you ship from?

From the Czech Republic, in the middle of Europe. That is why European orders arrive quickly.

Is there anywhere you do not ship?

Russia, Sudan and Yemen — our carrier does not deliver there. Everywhere else, yes.

Will I pay customs or import tax?

Possibly, depending on your country. Any duty or import tax is charged by your own customs authority and is not included in the price you pay us. Inside the EU there is nothing to pay.

My parcel has not arrived

If it has been more than 30 days since dispatch, write to tom@trackbikedecals.com with your order number. We will trace it, and if it is gone we will send a replacement.

What does pre-order / back-order mean?

That we are low on or out of stock of that item. Your order ships as soon as it is back, and we will tell you when that is.
