Who is responsible for your data

We are a one-person business. There is no data protection officer, and none is required.
What we collect and why

We never sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who else processes it
- Shopify Inc. — the shop platform, hosting, payments, and the chat window (Canada / EU, standard contractual clauses)
- DHL and Česká pošta — delivery. They receive your name, address and phone number only
- Google Ireland / Google LLC — Google Analytics and the free listings in Google Shopping. Analytics only runs if you allow it in the cookie banner
- Meta Platforms Ireland — the Facebook pixel, for measuring advertising. It only runs if you allow marketing cookies
- SEOAnt — search-engine tools and trust badges shown on the site
- Instafeed — displays our Instagram feed. It does not receive your data
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep the shop working — your cart, your language and currency choice, your session. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics and marketing cookies only run if you allow them. You choose in the cookie banner the first time you visit, and you can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it
- restrict how we use it, or object to its use
- send it to another provider in a machine-readable format
- withdraw a consent you gave us, at any time
