These terms govern the sale of goods through trackbikedecals.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

We are the seller and the manufacturer of the goods. There is no third party involved in your purchase.
2. The goods
We sell self-adhesive vinyl decals that imitate the headlights and tail lights of production motorcycles, intended for race and track bodywork. They are decorative. They do not emit light, are not lighting equipment, and are not approved for road use. It is your responsibility to comply with the rules of your race organiser and with the road traffic law of your country.
All decals are stock items produced in advance. None are made to your specification.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in the currency of your country where available, converted from US dollars at Shopify's exchange rate. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
We are not registered as a VAT payer in the Czech Republic and prices do not include VAT. No VAT is added at checkout and we do not issue VAT invoices.
Our Czech tax identification number CZ05095590 is held as a person identified for VAT under Czech law. It applies to cross-border services we purchase and does not make us a VAT payer for the goods we sell. We cannot apply the reverse charge mechanism to goods.
Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay. Customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are not included and are payable by you.
4. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. We store the contract electronically and it is not accessible to third parties. The contract is concluded in English.
We may decline an order if the goods are unavailable or if the price shown was obviously wrong.
5. Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch within 1–2 working days of receiving payment.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are handed to you or to a carrier you nominated.
If your parcel does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will trace it or resend it.
We do not currently deliver to Russia, Sudan or Yemen.
6. Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the law gives you 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
We voluntarily extend this to 30 days.
To withdraw, tell us in writing at tom@trackbikedecals.com before the 30 days expire. A clear statement is enough; there is no required form. You may use the model form at the bottom of this page.
Then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning them.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, including the standard delivery cost you originally paid. We may withhold the refund until the goods reach us.
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. In practice: you may unpack a set and look at it. If you apply a decal to a fairing, it cannot be removed and reused, and we cannot accept it back.
7. If something is wrong with the goods
We are liable for defects present at the time you receive the goods. You may exercise this right within 24 months of receiving them.
If a defect appears within one year of receipt, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
Where the goods are defective, you may request repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, if we fail to remedy the defect within a reasonable time, or if the defect is a material breach, you may request a reasonable discount or withdraw from the contract.
How to claim: email tom@trackbikedecals.com with your order number, a description of the problem and a photograph. We will confirm receipt of your claim and decide on it within 30 days. If we do not, you may withdraw from the contract.
Send goods for a claim to: Tomáš Vostal, Kostelní 29, 671 72 Miroslav, Czech Republic. If your claim is upheld, we reimburse your reasonable postage.
Not a defect:
- damage caused by incorrect application against our published instructions
- damage caused by pressure washing at close range, by aggressive solvents, or by mechanical abrasion
- normal wear, fading after prolonged UV exposure beyond the film's rated life
- a set applied to a fairing other than the model it was drawn for
8. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed by Shopify Payments and other providers. We never see or store your full card details.
9. Complaints and disputes
If you are not satisfied, write to tom@trackbikedecals.com first. We reply to every message.
If we cannot agree, EU consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution through:

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually reside.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
Effective from 14 August 2026.
