30 days to change your mind

You may return any unused set within 30 days of receiving it and get your money back. You do not have to give a reason.

This is longer than the 14 days EU law requires. We give you 30 because a set often waits for the next track day before you unpack it.

What we need from you

The decals must be unused and in their original packaging. You may unpack a set and look at it — that is not a problem. But once a decal is applied to a fairing it cannot be removed and reused, so an applied set cannot be returned.

How to return

1. Email tom@trackbikedecals.com with your order number and tell us you are returning.
2. Send the set to: Tomáš Vostal, Kostelní 29, 671 72 Miroslav, Czech Republic.
3. You pay the return postage. Use a tracked service — until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, to the payment method you used. The refund includes the standard delivery cost you originally paid.

If a set arrives damaged or wrong

That is not a return, that is a defect, and different rules apply — better ones for you. You have 24 months. Email us with your order number, a description and a photograph. We decide within 30 days and we pay the postage both ways.

What is not covered

• a decal already applied to a fairing
• damage from applying it against our instructions
• damage from close-range pressure washing, aggressive solvents or abrasion
• fading after prolonged UV exposure beyond the film's rated life
• a set applied to a model other than the one it was drawn for
